QCC Value-Added Preferred Services
The QCC was established in 1945 to recognize and celebrate Ontario Public Service employees with 25 years of public service experience. In July 1993 the QCC became a not-for-profit corporation and, since that time, has embarked on a plan to generate revenue so that it is able to deliver its corporate service recognition program on a self-financing basis - rather than rely solely on government funding. Part of the QCC's revenue generating efforts involves attracting business partners that offer revenue-sharing programs.
With carefully selected business partners, the QCC has been able to offer programs and services that are of interest and use to its members and, for the most part, available province-wide.
The QCC will intervene on behalf of its members who encounter issues when dealing with the value-added service providers, when requested.

The QCC has made this unique plan available to you. For most Ontario Public Service employees, emergency out-of-country medical coverage does not exist through their group Supplementary Health & Hospital (SH&H) Plan. Guaranteed Issue and Term Life Insurance Plans
