How do I access these rates?
You can book these rates by calling 1-800-228-9290 and requesting the Federal Government rate. Or by using www.marriott.com - corporate/promotional rate code: CGV. At check-in, please present your QCC membership card. Rates are not available without presenting your membership card.

What do I do if I have a problem booking?
It may be that the hotel is sold-out; if so unfortunately, rooms cannot be offered at that particular hotel, please try a different hotel in the same area. Our hotels often sell out, so please book early to avoid disappointment. It may be that you have requested QCC rates, please request Federal Government Rates.

What do I do if I have a problem at check-in?
First of all, don't panic. Please ask the Front Desk Associate to check with the property Director of Sales.

What services are included in the rate?
You will enjoy all of our regular services, our hotels offer varying services dependent on brand, but every one of our hotels offers, modern, beautiful and exceptionally clean rooms. At Marriott Hotels and Resorts and Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, you will enjoy an exceptional discount off of their regular rates.
At Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and Fairfield Inn by Marriott, our QCC guests enjoy not only an exceptional rate discount, but also complimentary High Speed Internet access and in many cases free parking (urban hotels excluded).
